Like as in you keep changing parts?

Front bumper:

Wheels:
5zigen Typhoons->5zigen FN01R-C

Suspension:
Eibach/Koni->Gonna upgrade to coilovers probely buddy club

Spoiler:

And on and on I need to make up my mind

VERY! I just bought a few SWEET SSR 15" wheels for my car. Then a couple days ago Dousan and I met up, and I saw 17's on his car. Our cars are pretty much twins, and it looked CRAZY with the tuck. I will go 17's now. Sigh...

I honestly dont think its about doing it right the frist time or anything like that. I love they way my car looks, dont get me wrong. However, there are just SOOOOO many other good looks for our cars. This range from all those crazy body kits in japan (just look at a drift magazine never even heard of the crazy ****) to wheels, to pretty much anything lese you can think of. I like variation. Its nice having a sweet car, but the look can and does get old. Especially when using aftermarket items. But i dont know, im just rambling.

Uhhhh would you call starting on my 4th s14 indecisive hahahaha... yes i'm on s14 #4 and this one will be the last i hope *crossing fingers* Oh and if you're not aware of my s14 projects which most of you aren't cuz i don't post pics... they pretty much go right up to the end almost complete then I sell hahaha... lets hope i get this one right!!!

1) Zenki NA KA (190 atwhp )
2) Zenki KA-T > S13 SR
3) Zenki S14 SR (all the greddy/trust stuff you'd want)
4) Kouki planning and modding well

There's just too much indecisivness in each project to list... I think it's supposed to be that way right???

I'm too cheap to be indecisive.

I don't have a "plan"... but stuff goes on, it stays on.

I've still only spent $300 on "mods", total, anyway.

indecisive? not at all
the car is still going according to my plan until this day
i made plans since the first time i got the car and im going to stick with it..
thats why i've been driving my car 100% stock for about a year until i actually do mods to my car
my wheels, my suspensions, they're not going to be changed at all
im more concerned about improving my sucky driving skills

steels
SE wheels
Teardrops
a certain brand you see on Honda's.....ECK
16x8 SSR mesh
and now 5zigen Typhoons....that barely clear my coilovers and I'm ****ed because I can't mess w/ front Camber otherwise they rub.

im indecisive about what car to get. I have been trying to decide since I was 13.

originally, I wanted a impreza 2.5rs that I would turbo. the my plans proceeded to -
TII S5 rx7
gt4 celica
mk4 supra
crx
eg hatch
ek hatch
240sx
2g fwd turbo DSM
1g AWD DSM
240sx
E30 BMW
FD rx7
Audi Quattro (old ones, 5 cylli engine)
TII again
integra
1g awd DSM again
and now Im back to...

S13!!! every car up there I joined a forum or 2 for and usually did ALOT of research on each one. most of them I even made mod plans, taking into account all kinds of stuff. been on the s13 for about 6 months now, so I think I'll stay there.

indecisive? naw. picky? oh ya my problem mainly stems from the fact that my second 240 was the one of the lowest mileage cars on the west coast if not the whole country. It was clean and it was on its way to becoming exactly what I wanted. It got totalled by a hit and run driver when it was parked. Since then I have been going thru cars trying to find one of the same caliber . Needless to say after buying one and selling another and so forth I may have found the car. Thats all I can say at the moment I do not want to spook the deal.

P.S. if your wondering about my second car look down to my sig. its listed their. Whats not listed was the 5 lug swap ,Kouki tails , stage 1 suspension and on of the fastest stock NA 91 KA 's around which was actually going to be pulled for a SR replacement. Ya SR instead of KA T but in the words of T.Y. do what is the most economical for more HP.

i was indecisive before i got the car (found out the big deal about the S-chassis like 3 yrs ago, since then have also looked at S5 FC TII, MkII MR2 turbo, Porsche 944 turbo, turbo 1.8 Miata, 1G AWD DSM, Audi Quattro Coupe (early-90s, old-school urQuattros are HARD to find), etc.), but now, i'm too broke to afford anything, so I can't really be indecisive about nothing :hammer:

I dont know what the hell to do with my car. My plans always change...

go ka-t or sr

build the car for track or just plain speed and hp

go 5 lug or not (this is a really tough one, cuz i like the way my car looks with my rims)

what brands to go with when upgrading

OR

sell it and go S13

What would be nice is more money so i can have both s13 and s14

Not knowing what to do with the car seems to go hand and hand with not knowing what you want out of life in a way...

Some people have the pleasure of knowing what they want but constantsly change their mind on how they will get there...others just have no clue.

It's a good think I'm broke because I have no clue.

I can get an idea, create a plan, document and detail a plan all the way through, decide on every single part and then decide I no longer like my idea and start over again

c'mon posts your exhausts grant!!

3 replies to your statements

1) since you are too lazy to use the search function..
Exhaust:
Tanabe GPower Medallion
Muffler shop special (HKS piping with a dual tip muffler)
Apex N-1 Single
Greddy MX
Greddy DD
5zigen fireball courtesy of the constant harassment of nitekids asking me to trade my DD
and finally i got the exhaust i wanted. HKS dual drager.

CD players:
Pioneer Premier P900R
Alpine 7850
Alpine 7863
Pioneer DEH-P6300
Kenwood KDC-205
Eclipse CD5443
Alpine 7839
Pioneer Premier DEX-P1R

Wheels:
stock
Racing hart Tuners
chrome stock wheels
R32 GTR wheels
Z33 18" wheels (not volks).

Interiors:
Changed to 95 SE Leather
then to 97 Nissan Silvia K's
then to 1998 SE
then to 1998 Base model.
(this included seats and door panels, reason i did it is becuase the condition of interiors were better, less blemishes).

Bumper:
stock 96-97
oem lip
VIS lip
then to another stock 97-98 bumper
then to kouki 98 bumper.

and hell, even shift knobs:
Nismo Leather
Momo Race Leather.
Razo aluminum
Razo weighted
back to Nismo Leather
and got the Nismo GT when it came out..

2) yep. then I sold my car. you can sim for exactly what you want. but then there would be something else new that might appear to totally alter your plans

3) yes, I'm very indecisive. For example I couldn't make up my mind on which pole or light post to hit when I was at DD7. The one on the left? or right?

I'm not so indecisive with parts, but with cars I am I have tried many many many parts though, just with different cars. Here is my list o 240's, parts would take to long.

89 240 Hatchback
93 300ZX 2+2
91 240 Hatchback
96 240 KA-T
89 240 Coupe
91 Hatchback

Id have a sweet car if I had been smart and kept most of my parts off a few of these cars

O well. I've decided 91 Hatch is the best, so this time around I'm sticking with it

You seem to know exactly what you want to do with your car...maybe not the exact parts like I said but you seem to have the car thing sorted out.

Half a year ago I was defintely too indecisive and easily tempted to buy things I end up regretting for my '92 fastback. But now I know exactly what I want, just don't have money...

Things I regret buying:
-s15 front end Should had used that money for a sr20.
-'93 MX-6 Should had also used that money for a sr20.
-AE85 Slow and handled like a shopping cart. But it was fun while it lasted. I'll say it again, should had used that money for a sr20.
-'95 240sx Damn, wish it was stick. But the price was just too good to refuse. Sr20! Sr20! S20!

I was pretty indecisive about what to replace the 240 with. Then about whether to replace or supplement it. I still am not sure whether I really can live with getting rid of it. But keeping it will cost a lot of money

This Celly is growing on me. Maybe it will make things easier.

Other than that, once I have a car, I can't afford to be indecisive... so I usually end up with a lot of mental masturbation and not doing anything at all to it...
