95 240 w/ a s13 redtop DET

Hi guys,
As the title says i found a 95 240 w/ a s13 redtop DET....and the owner is asking $7000 for it. He told me that the company who did the swap didnt do it right even after 6 weeks ...so the owner ended up doing it himself. The owner also told me that the ps reservoir is busted, a/c compressor and the speed sensor is gone. Everything else seems to be fine.
What do you guys think?
