Jacked up S13 + Crazy Driver + Video Camera = Lots of air and a caved in roof!
EDIT: I really need a right front lower control arm and right front t/c rod very fast so I can make my car movable! If you have these parts and would like to give/sell them to me please either reply here or e-mail me at [email protected]
enjoy the rest of the thread! Well I think this just might have been my last off road experience in my Custom S13. Many on you have seen the earlier mudding pictures, but I don't think anyone has seen a 240sx catch this much air! It all starts off at my house. Notice the small amount of oil burn-off at start up!  Now just a little fun before the main event!    NOW.....THE MAIN EVENT!!!!!!!!!!!!! First attempt at a five feet tall 1/4 pipe style ramp, at a slow 20mph!  Second and final attempt at same ramp but at 25-30mph!  Now in that picture everything looks fine, but what you can't see is that I have just started to do a corkscrew spin in the air. I continue to spin until I land on the RF corner of the car causing the car to roll over and smash all of my dreams of taking the S13 into proffesional off road racing!  If you look real close you can see my foot sticking out the driver's side window. Notice the black boot and white sock? This is me first emerging from the crash.... Look mom I was wearing a helmet!  A mouth full of dirt...  A real good look at my skid plate...  Look at where I was driving...I feel a little bit shorter after the crash   About five less cubit feet of interior space than before  Okay it deserves another Look.... I also had a friend with a video recorder out there and he got the whole thing on tape. If someone tells me how I will try and upload the jump and flip to the internet for everyones enjoyment. Also if you belong to another forum please let them all know about this thread. I am going to send in a bunch of pictures to off-roading magazines and to SCC and maybe some other car magazines to see if I could get published for....Well being MYSELF  Last edited by DamnedButDetermined; 05-25-2004 at 11:59 AM.. |

Oh, um, I mean, sorry about your car, but damn that is so crazy it's cool. At least you made it out alive safely, not sure how much of that is due in part to the bicycle helmet though... Build another one!

Might I suggest a rollcage in the next vehicle???
 Perhaps even a real helmet???

That pic of you crawling out with the bicycle helemt are hilarious!!!! I think I'm gonna keep that one... Glad to see your okay. Could have been bad. Besides flipping, it looked like a lot of fun!!! I wanna see the video!!! Definatley send the pics into SCC. Maybe they'll put it on the last page like they put other funny/cray car related stuff (at least they used to do that)

dont junk the car, you have already beat it to deat, just knowck all the glass out, and jack the roof back up and put a cage in, dont you dare get another poor car and do that to it...lol but it does look hella fun, so keep on tearing the shit out of that one
