yes it is, what seat is that bracket for? Also, those brackets fit s15s. not sure that will help much though since hardly anyone owns a 15.

yea it said 89-97 but i thought it might have been a typo. sparco ultra's were mounted to them but it wouldnt be hard tomount any other bottom mounted seat to them.

i assume you meant how low does it put the seats? well depending on the seat but not too low but low enough.
