S14 Seat rails for Procar Sportsman Seat

I have had this seat in my possesion for something like a year now, and never really installed it - the rails that it came with sit way too high to be comfortable, and after a week of driving and bashing my skull on the roof, I took it out and put in the oem seat.

Does anyone know if a sparco seat rail will work on these? I remember reading somewhere that they are essentially a replica of the Torino or Torino 2 - so my thoughts are that any of the lowmount brackets should work with these seats.

Can anyone confirm or deny these thoughts? I appreciate the help!
