Racing Seats

I've heard rummors that it is difficult to mount racing seats in S13's because of the lump in floor over the CAT. Is this true? if so how have people done it in the past and are there any specific seats that are exceptionaly good for an S13?

dont get seats w/ 'universal' rail/slider setups
dont get seats that use rail/slider sandwich style

get seats that use rail/slider combos that are car specific.

for more info, use the search mode.

Is there any way you can just eliminate the sliders and make it fixed? And would that lower it significantly?

Well, not sure what type seat you are refering to.

I bolt my Recaro SRD directly on bottom mount bracket without
silder in between, the overall height is nearly as same as stock. the down side is obviously no more forward and backward adjustment......Kind of sucks though.

Best combo, Bride seat plus Bride bracket. Super Low !!
