In a parking lot...they are cool....drivng down the road, people may get confused and run into you...or if a cop saw it...well , you know how to use them...best at stop lights, parking areas or mall crusing ..

What do you want them to signify?

i think its just kinda neat and funny. i'm trying to figure out what i can do to my car to make people go "haha" like those little weird trends like hanging something off the tow hook

It looks cool...but you'll definately get pulled over by a cop if one sees you flashing those on a street. Not all cops have red and blue lights.....I've seen flashing white like that on unmarked cars before.

In my opinion, it is way too slow. They actually sell kits for that iirc. But like everyone else said, cops will get ya on that one.
