Viper 3203V into 98 s14

I have spent the past two days searching out my wiring harness and this is what I have come up with, please correct me if you can

main concern is with door locks ive researched and found and answer but dont understand why I am grounding h2/1,4...

What are some examples of using this flex relay?

main harness H1
h1/1 red/white - trunk = Not USED?
h1/2 red +12vdc constant = White (which one?)
h1/3 brown + siren = siren feed
h1/4 white/brown pk light iso = NOT USED?
h1/5 black ground = ground
h1/6 violet + door trigger = NOT USED
h1/7 blue trunk pin = RED
h1/8 green - door trigger input = RED/White
h1/9 black/white FLEX RELAY ??? do I need if not Remote starting?
h1/10 white/blue - 200ma aux 1 =Not used
h1/11 white parking light output =Red blue

Door lock harness H2
h2/1 violet = TO GROUND?
h2/2 Blu/Blk = unlock trigger circuit BROWN - ?
h2/3 Brwn/Blk = not used?
h2/4 violet/blk = TO GROUND?
h2/5 grn/blk = - dr lock trigger = light blue/ white
h2/6 white/blk = NOT USED?
h2/7 h2/8 flex but what is used for? windows?

*** My SE did not come with security module, will these wires still be in the harness in that location? also do I need to connect the door trigger pin to the pass side so it sees both doors? ****

h3/3 green/ black starter norm closed motor sided, dont need right?


last question if I buy an avital 4003l for remote start, what would change in the wiring diagram


I am not a complete moron but the last viper I installed was in the late 1990's and seemed to be a bit less confusing with external relays, I like that they are on board but the instructions are a bit lacking....

Can a window module be used with out bitwriter to activate the moon roof in both functions back or up?
