OBX Racing Header->91 FB

Some people have told me that the OBX Racing header is a good product for the little price that you pay(400 for a Hotshot is just too damn much),and lasts a good while too...so I'm definitely on the verge of getting one on eBay,but my question is on all the ones I've seen,I've only seen them say "dyno-proven increase in horsepower" ,...So I don't suspect I will see an increase in TQ ? Will I loose any TQ ? I like my KA's low end TQ curve,but I'd also love for it to have alot more high-end....anybody ?

EDIT:I just bought one off eBay for $200(including shipping w/insurance) ....anybody know how to install this bad boy? It says that it comes with all neccesary hardware and mounts right up?...Torque Specs? I found TQ Specs on an S14..but I would think thats different
