CA 2003 350z Cusco, Nismo, AAM, JWT, Alpine $9,500 NO BS

I have a 2003 Touring edition with HEATED/POWER/LEATHER seats and BOSE stereo. Car has just over 106,000 miles but the engine and transmission were replaced in January with a 2005 350z engine/tranny with 35,000 miles on them. This is my daily driver/track car but I'm going on deployment and I'm planning on getting a separate drift car and daily when I get back so this has to go. I was asking $12,000 or best offer for it but now the price is $9,500 as it sits and I will negotiate but you have to find stock parts for me to swap on. Mods are as follows:

THE BAD:
-Could use a new front bumper (a little beat up from road debris)
-A/C not installed (I've got the compressor and belt, just needs to be put back in)
-Needs new oil pressure sender. Being SLAMMED in San Diego apparently isn't a good idea.
-The air vent on one of the doors needs some love. Wife f'd it up when she was drunk.
-One of the reverse lights is out.

Car came with and still has a clean CarFax report.
