J30 5Lug Swap

Ok so I purchased some J30 front hubs to perform a 5 lug conversion on my S13. I also snagged a set of new OEM S13 bearings to be pressed into the hubs. However, I have a few questions that concern me about this. I've read through a bunch of how-tos on doing this swap but haven't had my questions cleared up.

The threads I've read through are:

S-Chassis.com

Carolina Nissans

They say virtually the same thing. Now I have a few questions:

1. Everything I've read states that the S13 bearings are sealed and I therefore do NOT need the rear seal that can be seen in the following picture:

But the bearings I received don't look 100% sealed. Below are pictures of exactly what I received:

Now to me the "front" side of the bearing looks sealed but the back does not. Is this correct? To me it looks like I need some kind of seal to protect the back side of the bearing.

2. While looking for a seal to use I was on courtesyparts.com and in the exploded view there is a part called an "grease catcher". But in all of the write-ups I've looked at there is no mention of this part. It can be seen here:

It would make sense to me if this Grease Catcher went in first, then the bearing with the "open" side facing in, then the retainer clip. Does this order make sense? Do I need the grease catcher?

The rest of the write-ups I understand but I want to make sure I have all the seals in place so that I don't experience premature bearing failure. I appreciate any information.
