How do these bearings look?

after having milky oil and 90psi on all my cylinders i pulled my motor. teared it down, the pistions could move side to side and i could hear the cylinder hearing the walls and making a tick sound everytime i moved them around, so im assuming bad rings? maybe that could be the cause of 90psi on all cylinders also how do my bearings look, they have shinny and dull spots, according to the PO this motor was rebuilt.also all the cylinder walls looks smooth and great except #4 were theres a scratch and you can def feel it.
