CA Wtt/ Apexi n1 dual catback exhaust? Long shot here

Ok long story short i just finish a head gasket job on my ka last week and well now it started to make a noise that sound like a light rod knock and i dont wanna get stuck with a blown motor anywhere so here i am taking long shot here but would any of you trade your spare running good with nice compression numbers ka-de motor for my Apexi n1 dual catback exhaust with 100 cash I just need the motor with both intake and exhaust manifolds I don't need the tranny, harness, ecu ect. And I'll throw any other 240 junk you my want that I have in my garage. As for the pictures I'll try to take better one but that's all I got

Condition wise not the prettest but sound and work wounders and in the pic below it how it looking in my old hatch with stock hight
