Lighting problem

[SIMPL3_s13]

I have an 89 s13 hatchback with a dual cam ka24 swap don't know what year it is but the lights are all messed up...
when the lights are on the brake lights won't light up bright you can kind of tell that they're on but not really
When lights are off, and I step on brakes the cluster and right headlight turn on.
When the right turn signal goes on the right headlight flashes. And left turn signal turn on the rear just flashes fast
And when I flash my highs the left headlight dims down...

I have no idea what it is... Can anybody helping me with this problem?
