Stripped Oil Pan Plug. Help.

Bought a S13, went to change the oil and the plug is stripped(keeps spinning, will get slightly tight before it loosens again, so i keep it at the slightly tight).
Seen a few fix-it things but of course each site/video advises "this is the BEST solution" and "don't do the other things".

Not sure if any of you have had this and solved it with this but wondered how it holds up QuickOilDrainValve.com

I am really not even sure if that will help or not.
Should I, if this is even an option, re-thread the pan a size bigger and just go with a bigger bolt?

Also saw about some rubber plug that you put in, and tight the top so it widens it to plug(poor explanation).

If there is a better solution, I am all ears!
