Need some help asap sr20det notchback into s13

I recently just put an sr20det knotchback into my s13. The previous owner raped the wiring harness, so i bought a new one from wiring specialties. Now my problem is i am not getting power to my fuel pump. I know everything work because i just pulled this motor out of a hardbody after driving it for a week. Everything worked perfectly. I am getting spark, motor turns over perfectly fine and will start with starting fluid. Just got getting any fuel into the lines. All relays click and have tested them, triple checked my grounds, and connections. Fuel pump will come on when hotwired but does not stop priming. So what would cause this to have no power to my fuel pump? Something in the eccs?
I just want this damn thing done.
