What would even possess someone to do that? I think "an eye for an eye" justice should be used.
Think of it. 180 pound guy placekicks 2 pound dog. Scale it up and build a 16,200 pound machine place kick the 180 pound guy.

one of my friends is looking at 20k and 5 years for watching people burn 2 cats, he was trashed, and these 3 or 4 other guys lit some cats up and so far the court says he should ahve tried to stop it or treid to turn them in, but the one dude, every one in town is affraid of him cause every one seems to think this guy will be like a mass murderer some day, dude is pretty big and has a cut here tatoo around his neck. kinda reminds me a of a not so in shape stone cold steve austin with tatoos all over....needless to say my 150lb friend would ahve ended up on fire if he tried to stop this guy.
