ka24de Boggle issue

So i just fininshed the head gasket on my ka24de also did a complete emissions delete. idk how it ran before because it was a "newly built" motor and the asshole i bought it from told me it ran fine before he pulled it which i now know isnt true.

anyways the problem im having is that when everything is plugged in it will start and idle for about 30 sec. and die unless you gas it, which then it only boggles at low rpms. my iacv is broken but i usually just unplug them anyways when i have troubles with them. im also running open header (til exhaust gets here)

so i went through and adjusted my ignition timing point on, and disconnected my o2 which helped a bit on revs.

i disconnected my maf and it would rev normal to 3k, and stay on as long as i wanted, i figured vac leak, did the test no vac leaks. so i thought maf was going bad

i then re connected the maf and disconnected the TPS, and it stayed on and revved better, almost sounded normal (without the roaring open header sound) but that would mean the TPS is faulty. the 2 sensors wont work together but will work apart. its one or the other.

ive done this a million times before on hondas, and 240s, but this one has got me stumped. ive researched straight for the past 2 weeks with no real luck. even went through and redid all of my mechanical timing.

so if anyone has any ideas that i could try please help, i need to get this car running within the next 2 weeks.
