Well being as I live in houston, even if I had a winter car Id only need it for about 2 months ....

Winters are short and warm here so if it does snow it only happens for about 5 hours

It doesn't get too bad out here where I live (sacramento) but with all these horror stories I am starting to be a bit nervous about going skiing this winter. =( Is it really THAT bad? Even with the VLSD?

Better with LSD, but I still wouldn't recommend taking it up into the Sierras in the winter. Plus, where ya gonna stick yer skis in a 240? I think we'll stick with my brother's trooper for our winter outings As for my own car. . . Well, it is my daily driver and will continue to rack up a #### of a lot of miles. I wanna make certain an engine swap is in the makings next summer

Haha, I'm buying a 240sx now and it will be my only car through the winter.

If you see a guy driving arround chicago in a 240sx going 15mph on a 55mph street, that will be me

Ten times better with LSD. . don't have one now, but planning on getting one ASAP. . (probably not b4 the first snow haha) but I gotta pretty good deal on some snow tires, I don't expect them to make a HUGE dif, but it would be nice to make it up my hill and into my driveway when it snows. . =)

I need to do some work on my 300z for the winter but it will be ready when it's time to tuck my 240 in for the long night of winter.

That's true. . if I had the luxury, I wouldn't drive my 240 in the snow. . but it's #### fun haha. .
At least in the city next to us, they don't use salt a lot anymore.. they use that blue liquid shit. . works very well. Cool thing is. . this will only be my S14's second winter. . it's from Alabama =)

#### right it's fun to drive our 240's in the snow! We make it a point to go sliding around right after the first snowfall Speaking of which, it's the 2nd of December and we still have yet to see snow here...Kinda nice, but I really want to go out and play #### it!
