Oil Filter Relocation,Oil Cooler and Turbo oil feed

Previously my setup was routed like this.

1. Stock oil block plate with Oil Filter
2. Oil feed from BLock (turbo side) going into my oil cooler
3. out of oil cooler to turbo ATP Restrictor feed line
4. out of turbo returning to block

Wanted to setup like this-

1. Oil block adapter to oil filter relocation
2. out from filter relocation to oil cooler
3. from oil cooler to turbo
4. from turbo back to block.

?'s that i have on this

1. Do i plug the oil feed (from block to oil cooler currently) ?
2. what about the oil that is to return through the stock filter plate ?
3. IF i am using the Tomei Block adapter do i just block off the return port and use the oil out only ?

(when you take off the filter plate there is a feed and return port/hold in block)
any advice given is appreciated
