![]() So i got some z32. 30Mm. Calipers for my s14.
I bought some 30mm rotors from autozone. And for some reason the rotors hit The inside of the calipers... dont know what to do, i thpught it was a direct fitment. When off the car the rotors fit into the calipers just fine. It only begins to rub where the rotor sits in between the caliper when i tighten the caliperbolts . And i even measured both caliper and rotor. Both 30mm with some change |

you might want to post pics of the calipers. you might have ended up with some of the non-30mm ones. the interior should have about 2mm of clearance with the rotor if I remember correctly.

26mm z32 brakes
rotors measure at 26mm, but the calipers are actually 30mm. sounds like you might have 26mm calipers. ![]() ![]() read up on it all here The Definitive 300ZX Brake Swap Paqe

Or the genius at Vatozone gave him rotors other than what is actually needed... Other than conversion lines & trimming or getting rid of the dust shields, no modifications should be needed.
