$250 mounting hardware included, some normal wear and tear. I would recommend painting before installing.

Does the hardware have the clips to hold the side skirt from the top or are they just screws for the bottom?

I have the clips the attach the front portion to the car and the screws for the bottom portion. Thanks for the interest.

Here are some better pics, it was raining so this was the best I could do. None of the blemishes are really deep, just some paint and light filling would have them as good as new.
