It will lay frame, but will raise back up to stock height when fully inflated. Also has removable hardwood floors throughout, 35% tint all around, Leather with no rips or tears, and an aftermarket radio. is sitting on 19X8.5 Rotiform NUE's wrapped in brand new 215-35-r19 tires.
