The bad: has a top end noise, the shop it's at told me it's the lifters, I'm just done dealing with this engine.

History: was stock drove it for about a year, spun a bearing having it tuned, was rebuilt with bc rods cp Pistons, bc 264/264 cams, acl bearings, it drove for 1300 miles and spun a bearing again, just got done having it rebuilt again, some new parts, currently has under a mile on it. full list of parts:

All sensors, all accessories, coil packs, igniter, ratty harness but works
Cp Pistons
Bc rods
New remanufactured stock crank with matched acl bearings as close to stock clearance as possible
New bc valves, new valve guides and seals
Bc 264/264 cams
Brand New dynatec lifters(supposedly bad)
Bc springs and ti retainers
New Apexi head gasket
New oem oil pump
New timing chain full kit
New gaskets where applicable
five-o 750cc injectors
Spec street flywheel

Will not come with turbo or exhaust manifold, clutch, or ecu

By disconnecting the coil packs one by one the sound does not go away, which is another good sign that it's not a bearing, also the oil is immaculate no metal or anything, it runs and drives, I drove it around the block, I just don't think it sounds right and I don't trust it. The car is located at a shop in Des Moines Iowa if you would like to hear it in person I will post a link to a video of it running.
I'm sure there are gear heads on here who can probably get this thing running like a top.
