Plastic piece behind gas pedal?
So I found out a couple of days ago that the plastic piece behind the gas pedal is essentially 'broken'. By broken I mean it is detached and there is no possible way to hold it together. Without that plastic piece that gas pedal is very loose. I have tried tightening the throttle cable and every time I do, I check to see if the pedal is loose or not. So once I apply pressure to the gas pedal it feels good then it just becomes loose as soon as I push the pedal all the way down.
**I added pictures it is the blue thing attached the to black thing. I need to know how in the world do I fix this? I do not want to be ghetto and use tape/glue. Thank you. |

So I would need to make a small cut the white/beige spacer and push the cable through? Through what? I'm having a hard time understanding what you are trying to say, sorry.
