Custom Braided Stainless Steel Lines?

There's tons of lines being sold for specific jobs like the 240sx to z32 conversion stainless steel braided brake lines.
I'm finding myself needing a lot of lines for many different reasons for example I bought a OBP pedal box for my 240 and it comes with 3 masters cylinders. 1 clutch master, 1 rear brake master and 1 front brake master. Each needing lines and also needing reservoir relocation because of the fact that the masters will be underneath my feet (Bad design, I know). I also need those 4 conversion lines I talked about earlier.

My question is, if you can make your own hard brake/clutch lines from autozone why can't you make your own braided stainless steel lines? and if so, how? and where do I find the fittings and lines that I need (Like a go to place for these products)?

I've researched around for about a hour and can only find motorcycle brake kits that don't even tell you the fittings they come with.

Any Help is much appreciated!!
