Wiring wizards help!

I'm trying to do a nx1600 cluster in my 89 s13 but I'm having a power issue.

So I took the sohc gauge out 2 days ago and it worked perfectly fine but when I wired up the nx nothing happened.

I tried doing 2 diff diagrams and spent 3 hours looking at the schematics to make sure it was all correct but it still doesn't do anything

So I applied 12v to the 3 yellow wires on the nx and it went into demo mode so I know the cluster works
Then I tested the clock wire from my car (red/black) and it's only reading .11-.20 whether the key is in on position or not in the ignition at all
Checked every single fuse and they are all good

I even checked every connection with the key in the on position and any wire that actually had any current only read .20-.23

I'm pretty positive that getting 12v is the issue I'm having but i have no clue why I'm not getting 12v

Any help is appreciated!!
