So I'm swapping my car from automatic to manual. I got the old tranny out and I found out that the tranny is for an s13 ka24de and I heard that it still works on s14 ka24de engine. But I ordered a s14 clutch and the clutch was bigger than the s13 old clutch. The new throw out bearing is way to big and the old throw out bearing won't disengage the clutch if I line it up. I thought the clutches were the same? So do I need to have a s13 clutch and pressure plate and throw out bearing for it to work?
