how to wire in a dakota digital 8k rpm pick up in a 2jz to s13 chassis.

hey guys, ive been looking for this answer for a while now. i have a 2jz s13, in which the spedo and tach doesn't work. any one know of any type of write ups that show you how to wire up the 8k rpm pick up for the tach to work?

This is how I have mine in my 2J s13. It's behind the gauge cluster. I tapped into the tach harness wire in the cluster harness.
