5 and 4x114.3 All hardware and caps are present New Federal 215/35/18 tires Were only on the car for 2 weeks while i was home on vacation   (you can see the centercap uglyness there)  2011 Toyota Corolla by Flsimages, on Flickr 2011 Toyota Corolla by Flsimages, on Flickr DSCF0047 by Flsimages, on FlickrOveral pretty good condition. No bends (asked the tire shop to check when the mounted tires) No major rash, a few small nicks. Faces are like 6/10. Could be powdercoated if you want. costs 50.00 a face, sticker and hardware come off of the centercap so everything can match if you wanted. Item is located in Myrtle Beach, SC. I am currently out of hte country, so my father will handle the seeing and shipping. 1100 + shipping for wheels and brand new tires.
