finally got some pics of my ka24de manifold. switched back to internal wastegate. the next manifold will have the runners at an angle. this will give room for an external wastegate.

here are some pics.

doing other things at the sametime
60mm nismo studs
z32 brake front/rear
tein tie rods
tension rods
all 3 bars for the rear
sub frame spacer

will be running z32 MAF, 550 and emange at the end of next month.

man, that looks really good, hope everything goes well. it is good to see development stuff for the ka.

are you going to keep the 90 degree bend after the turbo the silicone coupler or is that just temporary? that and the lack of bracing on the manifold are my only criticisms. good work though!

the KA stuff is put on hold again. moving up the RB and 2jz stuff first.

the brace is under runner #3. i have not put in the gaskets yet and nothing is bolted down. waiting on a new turbine house. i welded my old one shut. got a new one cause i'm going back to internal wastegate.

booo, i want to hear about how it runs now. i wasnt sure if there was a brace which is why i asked. i could have assumed there was with the quality of the work but ya know how people are sometime

i also put a brace on the downpipe to the side of the trans. using the trans bolt. a flex joint in the middle of the test pipe.
the first manifold had smaller ID tubing. and there was alot of lag. but nothing i can't live with. i'm running an 86 turbine.

Looks very nice.. I heard you were coming out with a KA intake mani as well? Any pics/info on that?

the ka intakes are again on hold. 1jz/2jz intakes are being finished and the rb25/26/20 will be in the works next. after that the Ka24de and focus svt.

the car is up for sale now without the turbo setup. i'm going with a 350z or 240z now. i also have 2 more s13,1992 fastback shell & 1992 coupe
