hi, i recently bought a ka motor and transmission. after swapping i tried to crank it over but the starter spin freely, i changed the starter and sssame thing happened. after this i measured the distance between block and flywheel from another motor it was different from the new one i put in, the new one has much more distance between the block and flywheel.

i also took the dust shield off the transmission from underneath and the flywheel is sitting much further back than it should. the direction of the flywheel is correct, Is there any chance that the previous owner installed a spacer or the wrong flywheel on the motor?
