Fab shop in/around LA

Hey folks,

I have a set of R34 seats I'm needing a custom bracket made for. My plan is to install them in my Supra. It should be a nice, easy project... but it'll require a proper fab shop to make something.

Anybody have any favorites in the area?

Thanks!

Of course there are a thousand fab shops, but finding a good place can be very hit-or-miss. What's the point of a community if I can't ask if people have favorite places or people they've worked with who they'd recommend for a job?

Sounds a bit crazy, but crazy is a good thing.

You might have to disassemble the complete seats, buy quality supra bottom mount brackets, and just modify or fab the parts that you need to place it onto the brackets. Will get rid of headaches and confusion.

We fit a pair of r35 gtr seats into a corvette before. Was a horrible trial and error experiment.

I would offer you my services, but we are extremely backed up and wouldn't have an open schedule for a seat fab install until a month or so plus.

If you are looking to get it done asap, try a place called Street Faction. They will be able to do it, but remember. Good work ain't cheap. You are looking at probably 500-1,000 dollar job pending materials and hours spent.

Also make sure to measure everything prior to make sure its even possible.

I'm assuming you are putting these bad boys in there?
