CA Clean title shell+ unregistered 1996 s14

Like the title says, I am trying to get rid of my PROJECT. The 1996 s14 was purchased last year in January. I was in the process of fully registering the vehicle. Have paper work for all emission repairs to fully comply. In order to get a pink slip, I needed to pass my smog. In order to pass my smog, emission monitors had to all reset. Sure enough, the car got rear ended by an asshole. And i never got to pass smog. So i basically let it sit until i got around to it which never happened. I also have a clean title shell with pink slip and everything. I also have all the parts you would need to make a complete s14. My plan was to swap everything over and retire the savaged shell. I know someone one here has the time and motivation to do that and i moved out of my moms place and she wants the car GONE. need this gone ASAP. I will set my price on the high side at $$$$3500 for low ballers but will consider reasonable offers.

The car has a very clean interior with a CRACKLESSSSS DASH+ ALL INTERIOR PEICES!!!.
sitting on some megan coilers with less than 5000k miles on em. Clear lens headlights + HIDs, 350z wheels with good tires, 5 Lug all around plus an extra set, I can also throw in a welded diff+solid diff bushings, subframe bushings, along with my FULL Z32 brake swap. that includes r32 Cables, conversion lines, e brake assembly and even a drift button lmfao.

Buyer is responsible for towing+ suspension for the shell because it is currently on blocks.
