s13 Competition Built 2JZ Rocket Bunny S13 + Trailer + Tires + Gear (Full Program)

Location: Seattle, WA
Asking Price: $50,500 (Full program, see details)

Potentially looking to sell my 92 S13 Coupe that was built from the ground up for competing. The car and I are located in the Seattle, WA area. The car can be delivered to it's final destination anywhere in the continental US or Canada by me with trailer and all gear for a serious buyer + prepayment for the vehicle.

- The Car -

1992 Nissan 240sx Coupe.
I originally purchased the car back in 2011 as a shell. It's the car I originally learned to drift with and has progressed from there. It's went through a number of different, less extreme setups until reaching this point.

Everything on the car was purchased brand new. It has about 14 events on it since being completed.

650whp / 580 wtq~ Tuned by Bill at Independent Speed Shop in Canada on E85. Usable powerband is around 2,800rpm to redline. Even following slow cars I've never had issues dropping out of power.

Lexan Front / Rear windows, side windows

I'm sure there's a lot I've left out - the pictures attached should be able to show anything I may have forgotten to mention.

- Trailer -

The car will come with a brand new open deck Bulldog trailer. The trailer also has a 9,000lb remote operated winch with quick disconnect that can be ran straight to the towing vehicle's battery. 2 axle, full electric brake, ez hubs, locking ramps, breakaway.

- Supplies + Extras -

The car will include a 3/4 full drum of E85 sourced from Arcade Station in Canada. I'll also include 4 VIP 5 Gallon Fuel Containers w/ easy fill nozzles.

I'll be including 18 new 265/35/18 Triangle tires (Great tire for pro am / practice, consistent grip and ridiculously long life, decent smoke)

8 Spare Rear Wheels

Spare Wisefab heims / misc arms / tie rods / misc replacement parts

- Safety Gear -

I'll be including some brand new safety / driving gear. For size reference, I'm 6'2" and 170lbs, medium build.

- New Sparco Arrow Gloves (Black / Silver)
- New Sparco 3 Piece Jade Driving suit (White / Black)
- New Sparco "Race" driving shoes (10.5, Black)
- New Zamp RZ-58 Helmet w/ HANS Posts
- Hans Device (Carbon Fiber, Model 650)

- Misc -
Again, there's probably a lot I've left out. I'm happy to go through everything with a serious buyer. We can also arrange a test day at Evergreen Speedway at buyer's expense with a deposit and proof of funds.

The car is extremely fast in the dry and very competitive. It's really, really easy to drive too aside from an extremely hard grabbing clutch. This package includes everything you'll need to compete up to a pro2 level or just a weekend warrior that will absolutely put a huge smile on your face. The car is built to spec to compete in FD.

- Full Disclosure -
At the last event I drove in May, I ended up backing the car into the wall in the wet. The car did sustain damage but nothing major. The driver's side rear suspension was replaced with new WiseFab, KW Coilover & axle. The rest of the damage was sustained by the rear collision bar and has also been completely repaired. We verified that the car was still straight on a frame rack even though from visual inspection it definitely wasn't needed. The car, unsurprisingly is still straight & in great shape. Again, I'm completely happy to go through the car with a serious buyer for inspection sake.

I'm looking to sell the car to be able to put the money back into my business and focus more on that aspect of my life for the time being. I'm not in a rush to sell, but I'm happy to entertain serious offers. The asking price is O.B.O. and I'm open to coming to some kind of deal so feel free to make realistic offers.

Didn't you have the car for sale for less than that a few months ago? You had listed at 70k and went down to 50k. Now that it crashed into a wall the price went up...

What is your real price then. This is not the best ever built s13 but your asking price is the highest I have ever seen.

Price dropped to $53,000 for everything + delivery US / Canada. Pretty firm on this.

Here's some videos of the car ripping to incentivize a sale.

This is like a godsend starter pack for drifting.

Except for the fact that no starter should even be allowed to touch this car.

Seriously though, this is a much better deal than people will give credit for. I can only imagine more than 100k has gone through this package, all things said and done.

I like how you're running eagles. So much hate on them, yet so rarely will you ever find anyone that had an issue with them, I run them myself. However, I hope the bw 8375 was a typo for 8374

Greatly overpriced? If you are capable of simple math, add up the parts, add up the labor hours for fabrication, misc fittings, electrical, paint and body. If you were to duplicate this build (which I doubt you can) it will far exceed the price shown. I am getting close to this figure myself and mine isn't done. If you cannot afford it, its okay. But to say its way over priced shows your ignorance. This car is worth the asking price.

GLWS - I hope someone picks this up and puts it to good use.

Labor is not a factor considered in the sale price of a modified vehicle. That is unless you are trying to justify a outlandish price tag that no one will pay.

Parts alone outweigh the price tag.

Yeah, I'm taking a heavy loss selling but it's time to go. Most people will be 100k+ into their drifting career by the time they have the experience and car capable of competing in pro2 if that's what they want. Therefore I'd like to think anyone serious would see what a deal this is.

Not a typo, 8375. Works a charm and boost/power is always there.

As far as the Eagle rods - I don't understand either why there's hate. No issues whatsoever and enough events have been put on the car to reveal any engine internal gremlins that would of been there. Improper tolerances and a lack of a keen eye for double checking the bottom end for builds where Eagle's fail is probably why there's hate maybe?

I'm not one to usually say this because it is a forum for discussion, but if you don't like the price, fuck off.

Yes, modified cars have terrible resale value but thinking they should go for less than half of the sum of the parts alone (ie. excluding the extradinary amounts of labor that goes into a car like this) is rediculous. I agree labor shouldn't be entirely factored into a price but to an extent it's acceptable. For instance, cage work, chassis welding, tubing, harness and other elctrical work, the cost isn't usually in the procuct or 'labor', but more the 'service'. If you're going to weld up your own chassis and throw in your own cage, you need to invest thousands in equipment and material. If you're going to throw together your own harness and switchboards, you need the product, equipment and not to mention have the expirence to do a quality job for any service done yourself. You're not paying as much for the hours to do the job as much as you are paying for all the hidden costs behind a job. So at the end of the day while paying for 'labor', you are indeed getting a 'product' which can fairly be assesed to a car's price.

If you want to have a legit arguement, add up just the parts and base a fair value off that. Not to mention the trailer and million tires that come with it.

As far as the Eagles, I can only imagine a vast majority of failures in any rod come down to the bolts and incorrect installation.

The general rule is you get less than 50% back on parts investment if they are in good condition and no return on labor. If you do get return on labor it is because you found the one special person that just had to have the car. The general car scene here knows not to pay twice for labor.

More reason everyone hates on us in Florida.

What world do you live in where the cost of labor is not added to a car for sale? You want to just pay the few hundred dollars in metal tubing that this car has in the cage and the tube front/rear work? Seriously who says shit like that!

Price dropped to 50.5k, the lowest I would be willing to go for everything. If you're interested in the car and don't need the trailer / other gear, we can negotiate a lower price for the exclusion of those things.

Crazy build, lots of excellent work, GLWS

I don't understand all the car pricing bs that seems to go on in these threads. People build custom cars for the love, not profit. If you want to talk your opinions about value, than be aware there are people who don't see the world the way that you do.

A CAR IS WORTH WHAT SOMEONE IS WILLING TO PAY FOR IT.

Sale pending and likely closing within the next few days. Car is being purchased by an FD driver. Not saying any names. You will see it debuted near the end of this season.
