I was removing a lugnut to change my brake pads one night and my stud snapped

so I'd like to replace it before i drive around on it too much

I've never done this before, though it seems pretty straight forward.

Will i need any special tools to get the hub off?

if anyone has replaced a broken stud before and has any advice to offer please do
