So, my hvac buttons and the buttons in the trim panel around my cluster no longer light up when the lights are on. Everything works as it should however. My cluster lights up, however its not the factory one, its after market gauges.

I'm not sure where to begin, because if you press one of the hvac buttons (like turn the windshield defrost on) the small green light lights up, but none of the back lighting does.

I'd imagine someone out there has had this issue before, likely stupid came unplugged?

They go out all the time... Buy an led converted one from Ihatemysilvia

I have no problem with buying one of those, its jsut weird that coincidentally at the same time all my lighting from my cluster trim went out too, hazard button, etc.

Dimmer switch or fuse maybe?

My dimmer switch has never worked, but all my lighting did up until recently.

Think its the TCU box.

I've always had a weird door ding sound when my TCU goes out. I usually keep an extra in the shed.

I've found your situation has happened to me with one of the fuses oh the top right of the panel. Can't remember if it was 3rd or 4th down.
