For 95-96 Zenki w. out intermittent wipers you can rewire like this to make it work:

For 97-98 Kouki that came with cruise control but not intermittent wipers then, it's just plug and play all you have to do is swap out the stalk.

For 97-98 Kouki without cruise, it's a bit more work - may require some wiring under the dash. See this:
