Another terrible experience but a good outcome (bad frontclip sequel2)

Went to NoyanUSA yesterday with my friend, we borrrowed a truck and dragged the bad front clip 2 hours up to Manassas Virginia (with a trailer). We get there right on time when they opened, at 10:00am, and they had a loading truck there. I was like "Ok they must be finishing up" I went inside and they were all scrambeling about, and one of the guys that work there said the truck driver came late and is picking up 45 motors (b16's,b18's,etc) for a sister company. I was like "ok shouldnt take them that long..."

Then he went on to saying that the night before they had gotten in 9 R33 RB25DET clips in, 3 clips per package (roughly 6,000lbs a package) and their forklift fried its clutch just trying to move the tremendous weight. So basically they now had to load the motors by hand. And for any of you who wanted to know their RB25 clips are $2900 So i was there from 10:00am until 2:00pm just to See my options as far as s13 front clips.

When i got out there they had the same clips they had before, i started every single one their and they all were (to me) not as up to spec as i wanted. Then my friend found a clip on the back that looked untouched, we started it and it ran like a GEM. I thought i'd call it a day, so i picked that one.

I had an inkling that the clip was there due to a wreck because the whole passenger side was caved in, so people, usually a clip from a wrecked car is the best thing to go for.

My clip had an HKS Air filter installed on 10/24/04 at 29,000km, that was like four or five months ago, so this car cant have more than 40,000km! It also had some kinda ghetto suspension and i found an APEXi N1 sticker in the glovebox. I hope it turns out to be great, wish me luck.

Also the truth about sr20dets from Noyan themselves:

"It is harder to find good running quality front clips now at an affordable price.." Noyan is slowly discontinuing sale of sr20det front clips
