super stuck bolt...help!

any ideas to get a bolt loose thats beyond stuck....
its my tranny tranny drain plug...
ultimate wretches have been used different oil places and shops have tried...
they even tried using a torch to soften it....nothing
any suggestions?

Mine was stuck on there pretty good, too. I just put a 4 foot metal pipe on the end of my breaker bar and it came off like nothing.

they tried the metal pipe.....nothing... its a little worn also
but not completly...

Did you heat it till it was red hot, THEN let it cool of and take it out?

tranny plugs come torqued from the factory at like 3000ft/lbs. DAMN YOU NISSAN!!!! DAMN YOU TO HELL!!!!1 ><

heat around it not the plug itself. Metal expands when its hot contracts when its cold. So best case heat the tranny around the plug put some dry ice on the plug (not long you just want it cooler than the tranny around it) and then use a pipe

try to torque it shut to break the seal then torque the other way to have it come off

...the reason you heat the plug itself is to get rid of any loctite that may be on it. If it's the red kind it won't break down till it hits 400*.
