drunk asian girl + cell phone = help plz

so my friend was at a club and my female friend's friend wanted to check out his bling bling cell phone. he hands it over. she goes 'ooh ahh' over it a bit and hands it back. he extends his hand to take it and instead, for some bizarre reason she reaches over to his other hand and drops it in his drink! unfortuanetly we're too drunk to realize exactly wtf just happened and they get away before he can choke her drunk ass out.

so... now the cell phone is busted. he has a sprint plan, but he didn't get insurance with the plan which means if anything goes wrong they don't do jack. he can sign up for insurance at any time but they call ur phone to verify that nothing is wrong with it.

i'm sure this has to have happened to someone on here before... anyway to fix the phone? since its fucked we were going to try opening it up to clean it out. is there a cleaner for electronic circuitry or something? i figure water is probably a bad idea. if we can just get it to work for a few minutes he can sign up for insurance and get a new phone.
