Nasty coolant leak, check this out

Well my car has always leaked a little bit of coolant, so im always having to bleed the air out of hte system and top off hte radiator... but today after i did it, it seemed to be leaking a lot more than usual, so i jacked up the car to take a look and this is what i found.. here is where its leakin...





yeah, that looks pretty gross...........


So, what do ya think i ought to do about it? lol . Most likely ill just hope it holds untill i get my funds for a new engine haha.
