Different strut bar...

I just noticed the CPR triangle strut bar in the reviews portion on the home page, where can I get these bars? General concense says they are good but install sounds a bit tricky, anyone have them? Just a noob looking for info so forgive the lack of search, I am at work and have no time to search right now

IMO - They are cheaply made...and don't fit so well. I have seen the rear bars for the S13 and S14...neither looked so good. I could make one in 20 minutes if I had some tubing and 2 end plates...do a couple sloppy welds, voila!

And where they bolt to the firewall (or rear strut towers) there are no other plates to bolt them to, just thin sheetmetal...which can't do much good.

: thumbs down :

I had the rear one installed on my S13 hatch and felt ZERO difference when I switched to a cheap-o eBay on I got for $17 shipped (new).

Any RSTB is better than none on a hatch...but there was no noticeable difference in the 2.
