CA18 wont rev at all ????

so i got my car to finally idle ok, but not untill i reach normal operationg temperatures (NOT). i have no idea what this is, or why.

whether its in gear, or in idle, the car will not rev up at all. when i step on the throttle it might move 100 rpm up at hte most.

someone from 240sxforums.com suggested a HUGE vacuum leak but other people suggest that wold keep it from moving rpms at all, and i also noticed my boost gauge is at -3 psi (3 psi of vacuum) when its cold and im trying to keep it alive. i also have no power brakes.

here is my vacuum setup:
wastegate - cold pipe
breather part -intake
another breather type thing-back of throttle body
back of throttle body-brake booster
aicv stuff. under mani-tees to coldpipe, then goes to the air regulaotr and into the mani again.
4 under the side of inake mani/throttle body-teed off
2 under throttle body- teed together (towards the front)
1 smaller one behind throttle body area (near brake booster line) goes to fpr, butterfly, and boost gauge.
1 more behind throttle body teed off.
then the one vacuum line that gets teed off when you swap to sr t25-teed off

thats it i beleive. let me know, i followed what needs to go where from this site, if its wrong i do not know it...

so any ideas would be great.

POST UP PEOPLE!!! please i need some help.
