mounting type x bumper

So I finally began the process of mounting the 180sx bumper. First I removed everything and recycled all of the mounting hardware. If anyone says this a bolt on affair, they are lying. It's really not worth mounting the USDM bumper support because by the time you cut it so the bumper fits, there is almost nothing left. Previously I had cut the back of the bumper to fit my FMIC, so that may contribute to it also. Second I test fitted the side pieces and they kind of float in space with no support. The metal supports that support the pignose bumpercover do not come close the fitting. I'll have a few trips to the hardware store to get bolt because I can't use the support.

I am using the genuine Nissan front bumper for all of you wondering, so even that doesn't fit perfectly. I still have to modify the wiring harnesses for the postion lights and turn signals. I'll post pictures of everything because even though I was able to find out how to do it on the internet, the directions are not clear. I am going to the junkyard tomorrow to get the pigtails for the lights.
