We're going to start PINKING people that don't verify or update their email addresses and get a large number of email bounces/failures.

The server is getting bogged down with email messages bouncing to non-existant or bad email addresses. If you subscribe to threads check your email address in your profile, otherwise I will periodically flush the mail queues and have to delete subscriptions on a random basis to speed things up.

Hi. I dont know what is up with my email. I havent recieved any emails from zilvia but i havent changed it. Any ideas?

We (the forum) don't send out any generic emails. You will only get emails from Zilvia if you subscribe to threads. Anything else that says it's from Zilvia.net can probably be considered SPAM.

Of course, people may be using the Webmail service for normal email correspondence, but you should know those users and add them to your valid users list in your email program.

I've usually been flushing the email server queue when the outgoing message count gets over 1000. As for deleting subscriptions, just found that option.

So the message of the day is: "Update your email addresses and tell your friends"
