S13 Diff Cover on S14?

Haven't had the chance to have them side by side, but could it be possible to just use 2 of the 4 bolts on the S13 cover rather than swapping covers? I'm just curious.

Also, any other differences physically with S13/14 pumpkins? Straight up swap but the cover? I'm putting a S13 pumpkin into a S14. Just want to make sure I don't run into any problems.

not sure about the s13 cover working on s14, but it seems like the bolts/studs on the s14 cover are quite a bit longer than the s13 ones, so i assume you'll need to swap covers anyway, but they pumpkins are the same, just covers, i believe the abs ones are different? about or almost an inch longer than a non abs one

Other than the front mounts, the diffs are identical. Swap covers. Quit being lazy.

I know, I'm being lazy. I'll swap up the covers.

Do the front mounts need to be modified? From what I hear, the holes are a bit larger on S14's, so do I need to drill it out a little? Or am I backwards?

The holes on the s14 diffs are larger because s14 diffs have bushings in them. It is actually nice to eliminate those by using the s13 diff that doesnt use the bushings.
