It's 1 day old. Everything is brand new. The ipod has the plastic sleeve as well as the plastic cover on it still. The only thing i've done to it in the short time is upload music. So basically you get a brand new black 4GB Nano retail package.
$235 Cash is reasonable. Brand new is 250+tax=270ish
located in irvine/orange county/southern california

your best music? You mean 2.2gb of of music you have selected as your favorites. Its not your music. Someone else wrote it. You just own license to have a hard copy of it.
Plus you probably should not be advertising that you are selling it will 2.2GB of music on it because under federal copyright law thats distribution. If a record business guy saw your add, they could go to your IP address and get your name and prosecute. Not trying to be a dick here just giving you a heads up. So how much do you want for the Nano anyways?

Atleast delete that part of your listing so they dont have any hard evidence on you. But i really doubt we have any guys scanning these forums for copyright laws.

I''ll give you $200. flat and I'll pick it up whenever you got time. If you trade it back into the IPOD store they won't give you 200.00 for it, thats for sure. My friend tried to trade in his 20gb to get the new IPOD video, and they were going to give him 100.00 for his.

i think what he meant was if there was anything that you would want in terms of car parts you would want to trade for the nano, not ipod trade for another ipod...

hahahahaha and you missed the point completely. He basically got the Nano and a Apple computer. If you buy both on a student discount plan they throw a fat rebate at you. Then you just sell the Nano and get your computer for less.
It still makes the Nano worth it.
