SR20 turbo manifold

My gasket between the turbo and the manifold is broken and is not sealing properly. The shop recommended that I swap out the manifold for a Megan Racing turbo manifold. I saw the unit and it looks really nice.

I did a quick search and saw that some were having issues with cracking from not having a flexjoint built into the exhaust system. It wasn't very clear from the posts where you can get the parts to build the necessary flex into the system to prevent cracking.

For reference, I am running a Tanabe 3" downpipe (it has a big dent in it so I will replace it soon), Megan Racing testpipe (soon to be replaced with OEM-replacement cat), and the RS-R ExMag. Everything else is stock.

Any comments will be appreciated.
