SR SR Dyno and Drag Question

Hey everyone first post have been on here a while.

So i have recently done an SR swap into my S13.
My mods are
S13 SR20DET
FMIC
Fuel Pump
Boost Controller (14 PSI)
Full exhasut Turbo extention and back
Apexi Filter

However i ran it at the track @ approx 2500 Feet above sealevel and i ran this

60' 2.560
1/8 8.952
1/4 13.521
MPH 105.80

This was on All-season 195/55R15 tires that were basicly bald as you can see by my 60 foot times.

I dyno's at 256 HP and 268 TQ. This was at the same altitude and on a dynojet.

The only question i have is that most SR's around me run closer to a 13.9 and dyno at 240 is @ 14 PSI. My friend with a GT25R, cams, inkake mani and a power FC only ran a 13.8. My motor has 180 compression across the board and on the dyno the AF's were 12.5:1 at the lowest but it did not matter how much boost i ran they all had simmilar AF's.

Does anyone have any explanations for why. Or is my motor the only normal one
